DOES THE PRODUCT HAVE SIZE?
Each of our products are available in size S to XL and also custom size.


CAN I ORDER ACCORDING TO MY MEASUREMENT?
Yes, you can! Please click [custom size] on the concerning product page and let us know your own bust circumference.


I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOLD OUT ITEMS. IS IT POSSIBLE?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we dispatched your items, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number


CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER I CHECKING OUT?
Unfortunately you can't. After checking out, your order is recorded to our data system automatically.
If you want to add more items, please make a new order.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, no. Please make sure your order first before you do payment.


WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELED?
Maximum payment for an order is 2x24 hours after an order has been placed.
If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.


WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT?
