Return & Exchange




  1. Claims MUST be reported to us within 3x24 hours of a shipment being delivered.
  2. All returned or exchanged items MUST NOT be worn, not be washed, and MUST have its original hang tag attached + original packaging bag in order to be accepted.
  3. We will only allow a one-time exchange size (no refund).
  4. Sale items and promo items are not refundable and not exchangeable.
  5. We do not accept refund nor exchange because missing items, or items damaged in shipment. But when it happens, you may contact us immediately.
  6. Return and exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. But, incorrect shipment by our mistake will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
  7. We urge you to give us the valid tracking number of your return 3x24 hours once you receive our return address information.
  8. We will exchange the same product while stocks last. If we don't have it in-stock, you can choose other products.
  9. The returned item will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. All requirements must be followed.
  10. Please allow more or less 10 business days to process your exchange once we receive your return.
