Return & Exchange
- Claims MUST be reported to us within 3x24 hours of a shipment being delivered.
- All returned or exchanged items MUST NOT be worn, not be washed, and MUST have its original hang tag attached + original packaging bag in order to be accepted.
- We will only allow a one-time exchange size (no refund).
- Sale items and promo items are not refundable and not exchangeable.
- We do not accept refund nor exchange because missing items, or items damaged in shipment. But when it happens, you may contact us immediately.
- Return and exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. But, incorrect shipment by our mistake will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
- We urge you to give us the valid tracking number of your return 3x24 hours once you receive our return address information.
- We will exchange the same product while stocks last. If we don't have it in-stock, you can choose other products.
- The returned item will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. All requirements must be followed.
- Please allow more or less 10 business days to process your exchange once we receive your return.
